We attach great importance to the protection of your data and the preservation of your privacy. Below, we would like to describe which data we process when and for what purpose and on what legal basis. It will explain to you how our offered services work and how the protection of your personal data is guaranteed.

Personal data are in accordance with Art. 4 para. 1 GDPR all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Identifiable is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly. Further information can be found, inter alia. in Art. 4 para. 1 GDPR.

Advertising and tailor-made offers through customer analysis
HDAO GmbH also uses your personal data to provide you with product information, Christmas and / or New Year's greetings as well as information about trade fairs and exhibitions. Legal basis is a legitimate interest. Duration of storage and deletion of your data

All other documents are archived and secured at least in accordance with the legal foundations or the retention obligation specified in the contracts. Affected rights (Articles 15 et seq. DSGVO)
You have the right to request free information (Art. 15 GDPR) about your personal data stored with us. In the case of incorrect data you have the right to correct (Art. 16 GDPR). If the legal prerequisites are met, they are entitled to be deleted and restricted (Art. 17 et seq. DSGVO). The deletion takes place after expiry of the tax and commercial storage periods.

Use of SalesViewer® technology:
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally
